Paul Deis – President - Paul is the originator of the PerTran vision of advanced personal transportation. His role in Personal Transportation Associates is a two-fold, including both hands-on, detailed involvement in the development of the technology into a fully functional, deployable system, and in articulating and communicating the vision to investors and other interested parties who are external to Personal Transportation Associates. His background includes more than 25 years in consulting and senior executive leadership roles with expertise in manufacturing, global supply chain and material management. Paul has accumulated a consistent high-performance record of accomplishment, involving in-depth work with nearly 60 companies. Many of his successful works have involved innovative or leading-edge methods. He is a published, hard-back text author of a book on production and inventory management.
C. Wayne Sebera – CEO – Wayne’s role with Personal Transportation Associates is overall executive management, and guidance in technical engineering, preparation of specifications for outsourced development, and control of intellectual property and assets. Wayne has over 20+ years experience as entrepreneur, senior executive in Fortune 50 companies, including engineering leadership roles with complex, multi-discipline, advanced engineering projects. His strengths include business management, technical project management, leadership and design. Wayne is a highly action-oriented leader who consistently utilizes effective planning, management & delegation, and a very systematic approach to all of his projects and work. In particular, Wayne is especially expert at managing large, highly technical, complex projects, business management and leadership, and is very strong in one-on-one situations, and brings an inner resilience to all challenges.
Arn Lahde – COO – Arn’s role in bringing the PerTran vision into reality is project management, interfacing and negotiation of contracts with outsourced engineering development work, and in setting up the licensed suppliers who will manufacturing the components of the PerTran system. Arn is a senior business executive and manager with more than 30 years of experience, managing large-scale construction operations, administrative operations in support of strategic planning, procurement, and information technology. Companies Arn has worked with include Parsons, Bechtel, and Walt Disney Imagineering, Imperial Irrigation District, Halliburton, and others. He has led and managed dozens of multi-million dollar projects and operations. Early in his career, Arn worked as an engineer on the Alyeska Pipeline with Bechtel, has managed large construction projects in the Philippines, and had key roles in the design and construction of Walt Disney Resorts in Europe and Japan, as well as expansion of Disney resorts in the US. Arn is a highly capable senior executive level consultant, has led strategic planning projects, recruited dozens of mid and senior level professionals for challenging positions, as well as worked in key roles in startup companies in consumer products, engineering services, and other fields.
